Courier Service Centre Assistant, London N1
1-3 months, £13.15ph, 40 hours a week
Leading Scientific company urgently requires a Courier Service Centre Assistant to provide a high level of customer service to external and internal clients regarding courier related queries.
Duties:
- First point of contact for customer queries and questions around transport and courier related activity.
- Handling a high volumes of calls daily.
- Respond appropriately to customers, clients and patients to their service needs and requirements.
- Handle and resolve complaints and issues as first point of contact resolution and to provide appropriate feedback to seniors.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate designated resources.
- Develop customer and client rapports, to maintain and expand the reputation for excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven call centre or customer service experince
- Experience in handling high volume of calls
- Exellent command of English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to deal with demanding customers in a professional and calm manner
- Experience within the healthcare sector would be a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills
- Highly motivated, team player, adaptable
