Courier Service Centre Assistant, London N1

1-3 months, £13.15ph, 40 hours a week

Leading Scientific company urgently requires a Courier Service Centre Assistant to provide a high level of customer service to external and internal clients regarding courier related queries. 

Duties:

  • First point of contact for customer queries and questions around transport and courier related activity.
  • Handling a high volumes of calls daily.
  • Respond appropriately to customers, clients and patients to their service needs and requirements.
  • Handle and resolve complaints and issues as first point of contact resolution and to provide appropriate feedback to seniors.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate designated resources.
  • Develop customer and client rapports, to maintain and expand the reputation for excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven call centre or customer service experince
  • Experience in handling high volume of calls
  • Exellent command of English
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers in a professional and calm manner
  • Experience within the healthcare sector would be a bonus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening and problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated, team player, adaptable

This is a temporary role to start immediately. Possible scope for permanent work in the future.
