We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Administrators to join a global health tech organization.
Candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to work shifts either from Tuesday to Saturday or Wednesday to Sunday, with two remote days.
The role involves responding to high volumes of queries via email, telephone, and live chat, as well as managing stock inquiries and contacting customers for order data.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred for applicants.

PLEASE NOTE - THE SHIFTS FOR THESE ROLES ARE -

Tuesday - Saturday (2 days REMOTE)

Wednesday - Sunday (Sat and Sun REMOTE)

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE ABOVE SHIFTS

Responding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone and live chat
Looking up stock for customer requests
Contacting customers to ascertain data omitted on orders
Knowledge of all product lines
