Customer Care Advisor

Salary: £24,500 per annum (£11.78 per hour)

Location: London, E14 9HF

Contract: Temporary (potential to go permanent)

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between Monday - Friday 8.00am - 10.00pm, Saturday 8.00am - 5.00pm

Our client is seeking dedicated Customer Care Advisors to join their dynamic team during their peak season. This temporary role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will:

  • Provide top-notch customer support across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and complaints related to our product range.
  • Ensure customers receive the highest level of care, tailored to their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong empathy and ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Experience in the food industry or a related field is preferred.
