- Using Zendesk to manage customer queries about services, orders, and applications for medical prescriptions
- Compliance administration such as valid ID checking and patient data input
- Completing pre-checks for applications, working through 1,000 applications daily
- Responding to emails from a shared inbox
- Making outbound calls to update customers on order progression or missing application information
- Managing complex and sensitive communications with customers
- Maintaining and adhering to patient confidentiality policies
- Ability to work fully remotely
- Min 6 months of customer service experience using a CRM system
- Must be comfortable working two weekends per month
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- An interest in health & wellness
- Ability to work autonomously
- Pro-active attitude
- Zendesk experience (desired, but any CRM system experience will be considered)
