My client is dedicated to building high-quality homes and creating outstanding customer experiences. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of their mission, ensuring every customer receives professional, efficient, and friendly support.

What You'll Be Doing:

?? Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via calls, emails, and social media?? Managing and resolving customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions?? Coordinating with Site Teams, Contractors, and Customer Care Operatives for remedial works?? Logging and tracking customer cases using our iCARE IT system?? Liaising with multiple departments to drive swift issue resolution?? Providing administrative support, including reporting, correspondence handling, and post-completion follow-ups

What We're Looking For:

? Experience in a fast-paced customer service or administrative role? Strong communication skills - both written and verbal? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)? A problem-solver with excellent multitasking abilities? A confident, professional, and proactive team player
