*Ideally looking for the right candidate to start immediately - perfect start date: Monday 13th January 2025!*Our client, an incredibly well-established global Beauty Group, are looking for a fun, sociable Customer Care Coordinator to join their growing London-based team. Working on a hybrid basis (3 days a week in the office/2 days from home), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!Our client create, manufacture, market and distribute fashion brands across multiple product categories (perfume/skincare/make-up/haircare), and work alongside high-profile clients including Dolce & Gabbana, Tommy Hilfiger and Mercedes-Benz. They also strategically partner with celebrities (including the likes of Billie Eilish and Britney Spears), and are present in over 130 countries. Due to their growth, they are actively seeking the perfect candidate to support their B2B client base and, in a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Managing the order process for the UK domestic market- Receiving orders into the system and working with Logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery- Resolving customer claims (primarily over email)- Dealing with stock issues effectively- Identifying and resolving shipping issues and creating best practiceIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Experience of handling customer queries (over the phone/email)- Experience of processing customer orders (on company CRM/system)- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)- Fantastic knowledge/proficiency of all Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, tec)- Fun, sociable personalityIn addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:- 10% annual bonus (performance-related)- £1,000 annual brand allocation- Hybrid-working (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home)- Fantastic working hours (Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm)Our client are looking to move very quickly on this, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
