Our Aftercare team is looking for someone who is confident and loves interaction with customers, builders and consultants. You must enjoy problem solving and have a determination to achieve positive outcomes for our customers in strict timeframes.

The role will involve being the point of contact for our customers when reporting repairs in their new homes and having a positive input into new schemes.

It is essential that you possess excellent telephone skills, organisational and IT skills, together with the ability to work as part of a team.

Duties will include:

  • Provide a high quality aftercare service and deliver excellent customer service
  • Be the first point of contact for residents requiring an aftercare service.
  • Deal effectively with telephone/email/text/letter enquiries, taking ownership of the issues raised.
  • Diagnose work required and accurately report to builders/contractors and follow up as necessary.
  • Ensure the customer has a responsive and professional experience.
  • Manage all customer complaints in line with the clients Complaints Policy and Procedure and escalate more serious issues as required.
  • Must adhere to timescales required to complete necessary procedures.
  • Contribute to the team’s achievement of its objectives.
  • Undertake duties to support the Aftercare team, their transactions and the customer experience.
