Join the dynamic field of customer support with an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a European-wide team. This full-time hybrid position (2 days a week in office in Canary Wharf) requires some initial customer support experience and fluency in Swiss German.

You'll provide support through email and social media, collaborating closely with our clients and focusing on consumer satisfaction, issue resolution, and service improvement.

Details

  • Monday to Friday - 8 or 8:30 am until 4 or 4:30 pm
  • 2 Days a week in office
  • Salary up to 32k DOE

Ideal Candidates:

  • Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Previous experience in customer support with a strong interest in client relations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn and grow in customer support
  • Experience with Swiss and Austrian markets; fluent in Swiss German

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for our client, supporting customers via social media, live chat, and email
  • Provide exceptional support to clients and resolve issues effectively
  • Collaborate to improve customer service and suggest initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on service excellence
  • Document and present customer support strategies and outcomes
