Customer Experience Associate responsibilities:
· First point of contact for new and existing customers on the phone and via email
· Complete troubleshooting and escalate where necessary
· Handle customer queries and also be involved in creating content
· Identify patterns and continually look for ways to improve the way the team works
Customer Experience Associate requirements:
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Graduate or graduate calibre with a strong all round academic record
· Previous customer support experience, gained on the phone and via email
· Experience of previously working for a start-up or a small technology/e-commerce company an advantage
