Customer Experience Associate responsibilities:

路 First point of contact for new and existing customers on the phone and via email

路 Complete troubleshooting and escalate where necessary

路 Handle customer queries and also be involved in creating content

路 Identify patterns and continually look for ways to improve the way the team works

Customer Experience Associate requirements:

路 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

路 Graduate or graduate calibre with a strong all round academic record

路 Previous customer support experience, gained on the phone and via email

路 Experience of previously working for a start-up or a small technology/e-commerce company an advantage
