Support Representative - London (Remote role) - 6+ months Contract role.

My client a leading Software Development company, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, particularly in handling returns (RMA procedures), data entry, and 1st line support. This is a 100% remote role, allowing you to work flexibly while ensuring our customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, primarily assisting with product returns and handling RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedures.
  • Manage customer support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and troubleshooting basic issues, particularly in IT-related services.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to address concerns and provide solutions for returns, exchanges, or warranties.
  • Escalate more complex issues to relevant teams while ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service role, with a preference for those familiar with returns or RMA procedures.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy.
  • 1st line support experience, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Organizational skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticket management.
