Our client, a global tech company, is seeking a talented Customer Support Administrator to join their team. They are an international manufacturer of high-quality wireless communications systems used in the retail, restaurant, and healthcare sectors. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our client's customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking customer service calls and performing initial diagnostics/problem solving
  • Liaising with customers and providing follow-up support
  • Coordinating service department repairs, including allocating field engineers if necessary
  • Managing and tracking calls and repairs to completion
  • Processing and administrating UK installations
  • Preparing service quotations and customer service invoices
  • Generating spare parts sales quotations and invoices
  • Reviewing weekly compliance with performance targets and preparing service reports
  • Assisting with general office administration tasks as needed

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Confident with a polite phone manner
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel (training on the company's sales order processing system and service software will be provided)

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be advantageous:

  • Knowledge of wireless communications systems
  • Familiarity with the retail, restaurant, or healthcare sectors
