Customer Service Administrator

Location: Hackney

Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 (DOE) + benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday

The UKs fastest growing and most innovative consortium of fire life safety and security service providers providing protection to customers’ properties and people. My client are looking for a Service Coordinator to provide contract support services to external stakeholders and engineers. The ideal candidate will need to have strong prioritisation skills and be a genuine multi-tasker, have administrative accuracy and strong customer service skills in order to effectively perform in this role.

Duties:

Providing quality inbound and outbound telephone and email support

Respond quickly and positively to client communications

Managing customer queries

Processing orders, returns and exchanges via email and telephone

Working with the Operations Team to improve customer experience

Invoicing and quoting from engineer reports

Processing of sales and purchase invoices

Planning/scheduling maintenance and reactive works.

Invoicing clients

Ad-hoc project work as and when require

Person Specification:

A high standard of accuracy

Proven ability to work independently

Proven ability to achieve deadlines required by a business

To be able to liaise effectively between colleagues and external parties

At least two years’ relevant experience in similar role

Five or more GCSEs including maths and English to a minimum of 'C’ level

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
