Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Our client, a building regulations organisation, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a temporary role in Southwark, London.

Contract Type: TemporaryHourly Rate: £13.85ph

Hours: 9am - 5pm (1 day in office per week)Contract Length: 2-4 weeks (potential to be extended)Location: Just a 7-minute walk from Southwark train station!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service to homeowners and installers
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone and email queries, resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain and retain member records and accounts with a proactive approach
  • Problem-solve to ensure compliance with organisational processes
  • Support membership inquiries and documentation reviews
  • Assist with payment processing and member correspondence
  • Ensure certification evaluations meet operational and financial objectives
  • Collaborate with team members and departments as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service roles
  • Strong communication and administrative skills
  • Quick adaptability to new processes and terminology
  • Ability to work independently and with stakeholders
  • Experience using Zendesk is a plus!
