Our client is looking to deliver fantastic levels of customer service at this early stage to ensure they retain and wow their new customers. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be engaging with customers via email, live chat, social media and community pages (no telephone activity) in a personable and professional manner, ensuring their customers are satisfied with the service delivered. Our client operates from a new, modern office based in London’s West End (Covent Garden) which is a 2-minute walk from Covent Garden station and a 3-minute walk from Leicester Square. The business has a lively, fun, and pacey office culture, and their growth will undoubtedly create potential future opportunities for any new starters joining today. The departments operating hours are Monday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm.
