Customer Service AdvisorOnsite - East London BasedJob Type: Full-time, PermanentPay: £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 per yearAs an advisor, you'll handle a wide range of calls, from technical inquiries and item exchanges to delivery questions, and even customers who prefer to place orders the traditional way. No matter the reason for the call, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service. Our goal is to engage with every caller-whether they are existing, new, or potential customers-ensuring we meet their needs and strive to exceed their expectations with each interaction.In this role, you'll have conversations with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable tools. (Don't worry; full guidance and training will be provided!) You'll enjoy connecting with people, adding a touch of fun to the conversation, and giving them a reason to return.The Role:

  • Maximise sales opportunities when appropriate.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge through training sessions and ongoing learning.
  • Ensure all customers receive top-notch service, efficiently managing inquiries to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
  • Engage with customers on digital platforms, responding to queries and building relationships.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Act as an effective liaison between customers and internal technical staff.
  • Communicate clearly with internal technical departments.

The Candidate:

  • Must have a customer-oriented attitude and be confident, enthusiastic, motivated, and able to use initiative.
  • Excellent telephone manner and professional email communication are essential.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Must possess a pleasant, helpful, and optimistic demeanor.
  • Knowledge of vehicles is a plus but not essential.
