Looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading property services company based in walthamstow . As a customer service Advisor you'll handle high volumes of calls, coordinating appointments with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors. Your main goal will be to schedule appointments efficiently, meeting Service Level Agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll communicate with residents using telephony and email, utilising our MSi system to schedule available operatives and subcontractors. Your role involves addressing complex repairs, demanding customers, and service failures to instil confidence in our customers.

  • Background in Social Housing and Repair and Maintenance
  • Proven experience in scheduling/planning Disrepairs, Voids, or Complex works
  • Competent in communication with operatives, subcontractors, and residents
  • Basic building maintenance knowledge
  • Planning skills for sequencing and concurrent task management
  • Ability to prioritise and ensure timely job completion
  • Good written English and computer skills
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction
