Looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading property services company based in walthamstow . As a customer service Advisor you'll handle high volumes of calls, coordinating appointments with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors. Your main goal will be to schedule appointments efficiently, meeting Service Level Agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll communicate with residents using telephony and email, utilising our MSi system to schedule available operatives and subcontractors. Your role involves addressing complex repairs, demanding customers, and service failures to instil confidence in our customers.
