We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team at a leading property maintenance provider. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, assisting with their repair requests and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from residents regarding property repairs.
- Log repair requests into the system for planners to manage.
- Communicate with residents to schedule appointments and follow up on existing requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and keep residents informed on the status of their repairs.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
