8.30am - 4.30pm Tuesday - Saturday (5 days)
8.30am - 4.30pm Wednesday - Sunday (5 days)

Are you passionate about customer service? Our client is looking for a flexible full-time advisor to join their busy training centre.
Essentials:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Warm friendly confident manner
- Computer literate
- Accurate, reliable and experienced
- Smart appearance required
- Uses initiative and keen to progress
- Good team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Make appointments/bookings and handle client enquiries by phone
- Respond to email and live chat enquiries
- Handle simple spreadsheets (training given but must be extremely accurate)
- Prepare training seminar rooms
- Provide support to clients attending Zoom seminars
- Meet & greet clients and put them at their ease
- Make customer care calls, arranging support if required
