Always working Saturdays.

Potential shift examples -

8.30am - 4.30pm Tuesday - Saturday (5 days)

8.30am - 4.30pm Wednesday - Sunday (5 days)

Are you passionate about customer service? Our client is looking for a flexible full-time advisor to join their busy training centre.

Essentials:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Warm friendly confident manner
  • Computer literate
  • Accurate, reliable and experienced
  • Smart appearance required
  • Uses initiative and keen to progress
  • Good team player

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make appointments/bookings and handle client enquiries by phone
  • Respond to email and live chat enquiries
  • Handle simple spreadsheets (training given but must be extremely accurate)
  • Prepare training seminar rooms
  • Provide support to clients attending Zoom seminars
  • Meet & greet clients and put them at their ease
  • Make customer care calls, arranging support if required
