We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to manage the end-to-end administration of the ‘order to delivery’ process for a diverse range of customers. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service across various communication channels, including email and phone. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, handling customer enquiries, and troubleshooting any issues with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Accurately input orders onto in-house system
  • Confirm orders with customers, providing delivery dates, estimated delivery times, and information on out-of-stock items while offering alternative products.
  • Maintain professional and helpful communication with all clients.
  • Support Account Managers with customer requests and administrative tasks to ensure all enquiries are met and a high level of service is maintained.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key operational contacts within the business, including credit control, supply chain, warehouse staff, and delivery drivers.
  • Manage relevant logistics queries, find solutions quickly and cost-effectively, and share learnings to ensure best practice in future.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent telephony and written communication skills.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) including system inputting.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly manner with the ability to build rapport.
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
