A Housing Association is seeking temporary Customer Service Advisors for approximately 3 months.
The role involves liaising with residents and providing excellent service, supporting the External Managing Agent department, and assisting Property Managers and Housing Officers.

The position offers a pay rate of £14.18 via PAYE and £18.64 via Umbrella.
Candidates must have a solid customer service background, be immediately available or on short notice, and possess good skills in Word and Excel.

A Housing association is currently looking for a number of Customer Service Advisorson a temporary basis for about 3 months

Key responsibilities are as follows

Liaising directly with our residents and providing them with a great service through your interactions with them

Key support in the newly formed External Managing Agent department

Supporting the Property Managers and Housing Officers in their day-to-day tasks

Assist with tenancy reviews due to September deadline to convert fix term/probationary tenancies into full assured tenancies

Assist with new build handover admin tasks from our delivery team into EMA team

PAYE 14.18 & Umbrella 18.64

Essential requirements

Must have a solid and consistent work history in customer service, would consider hospitality background

Must be immediately available or on short notice

Good on Word & Excel
