Customer Service and Admin Support
Location: Hendon, North London (NW9)
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days of holiday per annum, hybrid working possible after probationary period

Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customer service calls
- Categorize and manage service calls, resolving queries where possible
- Organize service calls and allocate to relevant departments
- Support booking installations and service visits
- Assist with improving the company’s Net Promoter Score process
- Apply for regulatory certificates for installations
- General admin duties
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent listener with a friendly, positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused and highly organized
- Problem solver with initiative
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Flexible and willing to assist with various tasks
Experience:
- Customer service or call center experience
- Office administration skills
- Computer literate
- Renewable energy sector experience is a plus
