The Customer Service & Sales Representative plays a key role in the smooth operation of a large residential rental community with shared facilities like a co-working lounge, gym, gardens, movie room, and car park. This onsite, customer-facing role ensures a welcoming environment for all residents and visitors, aligned with the brand's vision of providing a high-quality residential experience.Leasing & Administration:
  • Respond to emails, calls, and resident queries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage check-ins/outs, property inductions, and prepare apartment inventories.
  • Assist with utility registrations, council tax, deposit protection, and rent collection.
  • Conduct viewings, handle tenant applications, credit checks, and feedback via Hubspot.
  • Support marketing campaigns, open houses, and competitor analysis.
  • Utilize Yardi software to manage tenant transactions, contracts, and renewals.
Customer Service:
  • Ensure the Reception area is welcoming and professional.
  • Provide exceptional service to residents, tenants, contractors, and visitors, promoting the brand.
  • Resolve resident issues within 24 hours, contribute to community events, and foster a friendly atmosphere.
  • Assist with resident complaints, and work toward securing regular 5-star reviews.
  • Continuously improve customer service processes.
Property Upkeep:
  • Adhere to health, safety, and fire standards.
  • Assist with flat inspections, maintenance, and cleanliness of the building.
  • Report deficiencies and work to maintain a safe, attractive property environment.
This role is essential in creating a positive resident experience and ensuring the smooth operation of the property.
