- Support marketing campaigns, open houses, and competitor analysis.
- Utilize Yardi software to manage tenant transactions, contracts, and renewals.
- Ensure the Reception area is welcoming and professional.
- Provide exceptional service to residents, tenants, contractors, and visitors, promoting the brand.
- Resolve resident issues within 24 hours, contribute to community events, and foster a friendly atmosphere.
- Assist with resident complaints, and work toward securing regular 5-star reviews.
- Continuously improve customer service processes.
- Adhere to health, safety, and fire standards.
- Assist with flat inspections, maintenance, and cleanliness of the building.
- Report deficiencies and work to maintain a safe, attractive property environment.
