The high success rate of this Company reflects on the skills and commitment held by their busy staff and as a Customer Service Assistant you will be required to contribute to this process by delivering a first class service at all times.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing a high level of service to customers and ensuring all their wants and needs are satisfied
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email to discuss their requirements and recommend suitable products
- Inputting customer orders onto computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery
- Following up with customers after delivery to ensure they are satisfied with service received
- Investigating customer complaints, finding a suitable resolution and escalating issue when appropriate
- Maintaining a customer database record on the computer system and updating on a daily basis
