As aCustomer Service Consultant, youll assist Direct Clients and Travel Agent Partners, handling booking inquiries, sales calls during weekends, and ensuring seamless service.
Customer Services Consultant Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to clients and agents.
- Manage booking inquiries and pre-departure calls.
- Respond to emails and handle overflow sales calls.
- Assist with reports and operational tasks.
Customer Services Consultant Key Requirements:
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, communication skills, and GDS experience.
- Ability to upsell and handle pressure.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on a Rota Basis 37.5 hours per week between Monday Sunday.
