Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver high-quality customer service via telephone and email, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed service targets.
- Schedule bookings over the phone and through online channels.
- Actively monitor orders to completion, identifying and addressing potential delays.
- Liaise with partners and their customer service teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Offer proactive recommendations to improve service delivery.
- Contribute to the growth of a fast-paced startup by providing exceptional service.
- A positive and resilient individual with excellent communication skills.

- A creative and resourceful problem solver with plenty of initiative.
- 2+ years of customer service experience across multiple contact channels is ideal but not essential.
- Experience with courier services and customs clearance is desirable but not essential.
