Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Coordinator - London - Temporary - £17.00 per hour PAYE (£35,000 equivalent) My client is a global leader in the property / real estate market, they are seeking a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Coordinator to support the team in ensuring the customer is receiving exceptional service from point of exchange throughout the buying process through to completion. They are seeking a passionate customer experience professional who is fluent in Mandarin, is excellent at building relationships and is highly organised with outstanding administration and problem solving skills.  Duties include: 
  • Co-ordinate works between customers and contractors for any defects raised within the warranty period
  • Deal with enquires from purchasers within and outside of the warranty period
  • Keep an accurate log of all customer interactions.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate 1-year inspections
  • Where applicable arrange and co-ordinate 7-month inspections with the purchasers
  • Deal with customer calls and enquires
  • Keep purchasers fully updated on completed works and carry out follow up calls to customers
  • Chase contractors for update’s on outstanding defects
  • Administration duties; including invoicing, managing internal requisition orders
  • Ensure operatives planners are kept up to date
Experience Required:
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English 
  • Highly experienced in delivering exceptional customer service 
  • Excellent relationship development skills 
  • Highly organised and can work to deadlines 
  • Excellent administration skills and IT systems knowledge
  • Experience in the construction or property market would be desirable but not essential
