- Co-ordinate works between customers and contractors for any defects raised within the warranty period
- Deal with enquires from purchasers within and outside of the warranty period
- Keep an accurate log of all customer interactions.
- Arrange and co-ordinate 1-year inspections
- Where applicable arrange and co-ordinate 7-month inspections with the purchasers
- Deal with customer calls and enquires
- Keep purchasers fully updated on completed works and carry out follow up calls to customers
- Chase contractors for update’s on outstanding defects
- Administration duties; including invoicing, managing internal requisition orders
- Ensure operatives planners are kept up to date
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Highly experienced in delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent relationship development skills
- Highly organised and can work to deadlines
- Excellent administration skills and IT systems knowledge
- Experience in the construction or property market would be desirable but not essential
