My Client is redefining home interiors with our innovative and design-forward approach to furniture. We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service Assistant to join our growing Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the front-line digital interface with customers via email and telephone.
- Managing digital customer interactions for all communication channels via Gorgias.
- Managing sales leads and providing expert product knowledge to convert sales.
- Managing all post-purchase support and answering "where is my order" queries.
- Assisting with assembly and product fault queries for delivered sofas.
- Assisting with the sale and management of Ex Display and Clearance stock.
- Speaking to all potential cancelation and return customers.
