Sonic Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join our Parking Appeal Team.
Candidates should have relevant experience and knowledge of School Street representations is advantageous.
The role requires producing a minimum of 30 representations after training, reviewing charge certificates, responding to emails, and handling phone calls on a rota basis.
Officers will work three days in the office and two days from home, with a competitive salary offered.
To apply, you must be eligible to work in the UK and have prior experience in customer service.

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Officers to join a Parking Appeal Team. Successful applicants will assist in the reduction of representations and knowledge of School Street representations would be beneficial.

Officers are required to eventually produce a minimum of 30 representations, once fully trained the officer will be expected to review charge certificates, respond to emails and take phone calls, these tasks are on a rota. Officers are expected to work 3 days in the office and two days from home.
