We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our clients team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer support and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You will handle customer queries and support our sales team, primarily through live chat and other communication platforms.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Support the sales team by providing detailed product information and resolving issues that may arise during the sales process.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive light at all times.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Follow up on customer interactions when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
