Job Title:
Customer Service Advisor (Dutch Speaking)
Salary:
11.80 per hour + uncapped commission structure
Location:
London, Canary Wharf (Remote working options)
Hours:
37.5 hours per week (Between 08:00 and 20:00) - 1 weekend day working every 2 weeks

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls for both sales and service calls
- Handle service requests in the applications system supplied by client
- Generate sales through understanding customer needs and creating desire
- Cancel, modify or confirm visits already sold
- Upsell additional products, services and extended stay
Key Competencies:
- Dutch speaker to fluent level
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to add to a high performance team culture where agents "exhaust all opportunities" to achieve targets and brand loyalty for the client
- A natural ability to drive sales
- Professional and emotionally resilient
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent multi tasker
- Experience in a previous customer service or sales roles
- Excellent communication and motivational skills, ability to multitask and work independently
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent understanding of call centre practices, KPIs etc.
