About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing specialist in their field (Automotive) who are looking for a full time Customer Service Advisor to work evenings catering to a global market. Someone who is motivated, committed to showcasing the best within customer service at times this may include handling escalated complaints however not many as the client strives for customer satisfaction and the ideal person with also live by this ethos. This person will be experienced within handling a fast past multi-channel (calls, emails, webchat etc) customer service function.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage conflicts effectively and provide meaningful solutions.
  • Record detailed notes in the CRM system after each interaction.
  • Anticipate customer needs and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle damage, loss, and contract management.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to meet and exceed targets.

  • Monday: 4:30pm-11:30pm
  • Tuesday - 4:30pm-11:30pm
  • Wednesday - 4:30pm-11:30pm
  • Saturday: 3:00pm-11:30pm
  • Sunday: 3:00pm-11:30pm
