Customer Service Specialist-SaaS This is a MAT Leave Contract

Our client, a global leader are looking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist for their rapidly growing SaaS company, with a successful platform. The customer Service Specialist will work closely with the development and product team to improve customer experience.

This role is predominantly home working with an expectation to attend the office in London 3-4 days per month.

You will be

  • Highly customer service focused, and happy to go that extra mile to assist customers
  • Can see the big picture, but will deep dive into details and use initiative to get things done
  • Love to work with people and always take the collaborative path
  • Outstanding communicator both written and verbal
  • Always learning, staying relevant and offering your ideas, insight and tips
  • A growth oriented individual who is always seeking out new opportunities to improve the business and grow the pipeline
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers providing prompt and effective technical support
  • Respond to incoming inquiries visa Email, chat, and telephone
  • collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction
  • assist in delivering webinars and other training sessions to educate customers
  • Participate in an on call rota to handle urgent support during out of office hours
  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years working in a SaaS company
