Job Title: Customer Service Team Member (Temporary Pool)Location: Various sites across Central LondonPay Rate: £13.68 per hourWorking Hours: Rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM), 5 days per week on a rota basis (including some weekends).Employment Type: Temporary (Building a Talent Pool for Current/Future Opportunities)About the Role:We are recruiting temporary staff to build a talent pool for student accommodation operations. As a Student Experience Team Member, you will join our frontline team to support exceptional student living experiences. This role is temporary, with potential for recurring assignments based on business needs. Reporting to the Student Experience Team Lead, you will embody our CARE values (Connect, Act, Respect, Encourage) and collaborate across teams to maintain a safe, inclusive, and vibrant environment for residents.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Outstanding Student Support:
    • Act as a brand ambassador, providing CARE-driven service to residents and colleagues.
    • Build relationships with students, listen to their needs, and connect them to support resources.
    • Resolve feedback promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives.
    • Maintain a clean, tidy environment and address issues immediately.
    • Manage post and parcels efficiently following procedures.
  • Sales & Community Engagement:
    • Handle inquiries, conduct viewings (in-person/virtual), and promote accommodation at university events.
    • Support Resident Ambassadors in organizing inclusive community events.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    • Prioritize safety, respond to emergencies, and uphold security standards.
    • Contribute to sustainability goals through daily actions.
