Customer Services Advisor - Part Time

London Bridge

£25,000 Pro Rata

20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Hyde is looking to recruit an inbound Customer Service Advisor.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within our demanding call centre as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be expected to manage a high volume of demanding and challenging inbound telephone calls, ensuring a speedy resolution and a satisfied customer.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact for customers.
  • Handling up to 50-60 demanding telephone calls daily.
  • Referring specialist and complex enquiries to relevant teams.
  • Providing a great customer service across all communication platforms.
  • Meeting or exceeding KPIs / targets.
  • Building and maintaining excellent rapport with our internal and external customers.

Skills and Experience required

  • Customer Service experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • Empathetic - putting yourself in the customers’ shoes
  • Resilient - dealing with difficult telephone calls
  • The ability to type whilst on a telephone call
