Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Customer Care Officer – who has extensive experience working in a busy call centre environment answering complex customer queries.

The Senior Customer Care Officer will be predominantly taking and logging calls relating to leaks, mould and damp calls.

This role requires:

Excellent customer service
4 days in the office, one day WFH
Experienced in call taking
Can answer emails
Able to work as a team
