We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Services and Central Administration Officer for a UK leading charity. About the Role:As the Customer Services and Central Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to community members while ensuring that the charity's donors receive the necessary support. Collaborating within a dynamic team, your responsibilities will include providing top-notch customer service and assistance to supporters, volunteers, groups, and members.

The successful candidate will have: * Experience of managing, maintaining, and developing customer relationships* Experience of working within a customer service environment* Experience of writing relationship building communications* Experience of dealing with and responding to multi-channel communications including phone, email, face to face and social media
