Customer Services Rep
Location: London SW6
Salary: £26,000 to £27,000 p.a.
Shift Pattern:
Monday - at the office 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
Tuesday - at the office 9am to 1pm (Half Day)
Wednesday - at the office 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
Thursday - at the office 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
Friday - work from home 9am to 5:30-pm (1 hour for lunch)
Half day on a weekend (work from home) - flexible.
Please note that the half day at the weekend is to check emails and live chat and respond if required, you will not be working a full day.
Our client is a highly successful, well-established organisation with 25 year’s expertise within the luxury competition market, with a £45m revenue turnover. They are looking for a Customer Services Representative to join their team at their office in SW16,
Duties include:
- Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requestselpTaking
- Assisting customers over the phone
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints, closing support tickets
- Maintaining a database of customer information
- Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary
- Checking product or service availability
- Assisting customers with registration or account creation
- Passing customer feedback issues onto the team
- Dealing with customer queries across our social media platforms
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years+ relevant experience gained in a fast-paced office environment dealing with customer enquiries or queries.
- The ability to multi-task
- Experience of Zendesk useful but not essential.
- Experience with Live Chat preferred.
