Our client is a leading online events company with a team of 30, managing over 220 conferences and training sessions annually across three brands. These events cover a broad spectrum of critical topics, including government policy, regulations, education, social housing, environmental issues, D&I, HR, and more. This role is essential to ensure continued high-quality support for their delegates, who span industries from government to corporate sectors.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Customer Success Executive for temporary holiday cover. This person will manage incoming inquiries (around 70% of the role) and provide exceptional service to delegates, assisting with event registrations, booking queries, pricing, invoicing, and general information across three brands. Some outbound follow-up (30%) may be required as well.

Key Dates:

  • Shadowing Period: Starting 18th November
  • Full Coverage: From 25th November to 10th December
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, including questions on group bookings, event pricing, and invoices.
  • Facilitate delegate registrations and provide information on a range of topics relevant to upcoming conferences and training events.
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate information and a seamless customer experience across all three brands.
  • Perform light outbound follow-ups with existing and prospective delegates as needed.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to maintain excellent support coverage during the holiday period.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer success, customer service, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; adept at managing multiple inquiries across diverse topics.
  • Attitude: Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must be available for the shadowing period and full coverage dates.
