Customer Support Executive

This is a B2B Tele Sales & Customer Services role where you will be building up relationships, aswell as developing existing relationships with retailers predominantly within the independent Health food sector. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working to meet sales and conversion targets while also delivering excellent customer service to these customers

What you’ll be doing

Tele-sales

  • Represent our portfolio of Natural Beauty, Eco friendly, Supplement and Superfood brands and upsell the business with potential customers.
  • Growing our customer base through outbound and inbound calls
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Booking appointments for field reps to follow up on sales leads if appropriate
  • Track inactive accounts with the aim of ensuring a up to date database of accounts and reinvigorating dormant customers
  • Complete proactive customer “good will” calls
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to enhance market positioning, sales and to support with new product launches
  • Have ownership of data management – CRM and Excel
  • Manage your pipeline and maintain a high standard of data quality across our systems on opportunities and closed business.

Customer Services

  • Investigating and solving both consumer and trade customers' enquiries and complaints
  • Providing help and advice to customers regarding  products or services
  • Communicating politely at all times with customers; verbally by telephone and written correspondence via email or letter
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Collecting and analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of Customer Service
  • Learning about your organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with product changes
  • Support the rest of the  team in Customer Services issues
  • Support Sales Admin team by aiding the completion of all supplement jobs i.e, order processing (during quiet hours of the day or quiet seasonal periods)
  • Taking charge of new account openings, ensuring the A-Z journey from initial contact to first order is smooth.
  • Booking pick-ups & deliveries and process sample orders to support Head of Sales/ Field Sales Reps.
