Location: North London (HYBRID ROLE)
Salary:£20.93(umbrella)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of services by ensuring effective administration and coordination.
- Managing and responding to repair requests and enquires related to mechanical and electrical assets.
- Assist with identifying areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service delivery.
About You:
The ideal Service Delivery Support officer will possess experience in an Administrator / Officer role, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. A proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will set you apart.
Ideally with a general working understanding of the systems required to deliver the service including CRM and HPM. As well asan understanding of the social housing sector and the property services function.
