Customer Service Consultant (Dutch Speaking)
Salary: 11.80 per hour + Uncapped Commission
Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working options after competent)
Hours: 37 hours per week (Weekend availability required)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Danish-speaking Travel Agent to join their team in Canary wharf. You'll be providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our clients European clientele.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing enquiries and booking holidays.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer experiences.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalised service.
- Stay up-to-date on products, destinations, and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to influence and close sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and finding solutions.
