Main duties:To provide excellent customer service and administrative support
The role:- To deal with customers by phone, email and face to face resolving queries and providing product advice as needed- To manage client accounts developing and maintaining strong working relationships- To work with your and other departments providing administrative support - To handle report distribution and invoices- To liaise with relevant internal and external departments
The Candidate: - Fluent in German and Dutch (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience in customer service - Desirable- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills and a team player- IT literate
Salary: Up to £33,250 per annum
