Description
As the German Speaking Customer Service Agent in London, you will be:
- Answering calls and emails in German
- Updating Customer details on the CRM
- Problem solve to effectively handle customer issues
- Gain good product knowledge to help advise customers and upsell effectively
- Support your team members with ad hoc work
- Escalate some issues to your manager when appropriate
Profile
To be successful in applying to this high end retail company, you should have:

As the German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be paid an excellent hourly rate of 18p/h-21p/h on a rolling temp basis and could be made permanent
