As the German Speaking Customer Service Agent in London, you will respond to customers in German around their bespoke orders. You will provide first class customer service to the German market and work within a fun, supportive office environment. It's an immediate start opportunity on a rolling temp basis.

This high end furniture company is one of the largest from Scandinavia, they're made to order and work with top retail stores across Europe. They're moving some of their European functions over to the UK, this growth and some influx of orders has bought about this role.

Description

As the German Speaking Customer Service Agent in London, you will be:

  • Answering calls and emails in German
  • Updating Customer details on the CRM
  • Problem solve to effectively handle customer issues
  • Gain good product knowledge to help advise customers and upsell effectively
  • Support your team members with ad hoc work
  • Escalate some issues to your manager when appropriate

Profile
