They produce world class software solutions that are successfully used by eCommerce and Tech SME's and FTSE100 global businesses across the world.Location of the jobHybrid work - Central London office 3 days a week, remote / work from home 2 days a week option. Ideally London based or willing to commute to London.Language requirements for the jobFluency in German and English is essentialCompany backgroundOur client is an international FinTech companyJob responsibilities of the German speaking Customer Support Executive As a The role of the Customer Support Executive will require you to be the daily contact person with business clients from the German speaking countires of Europe (DACH) , typically answering emails or telephone calls and answering any questions.You role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering all inbound calls and email from German speaking business clients, new and existing, and answering any questions
  • Manage the daily email inbox to ensure that all queries and questions are answered
  • Working with the sales and support teams on customer relationship queries
  • Manage any complaints and customer satisfaction
  • Understand and resolve any problems or issues that existing customers have

The successful candidate background

  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service or customer support positions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to use initiative at all times
  • Excellent team work skills
