Graduate Customer Support Consultant - required to join European Software Provider specialising in HR Applications. This is an entry-level position, for recent graduates who are committed to develop themselves and are looking to start their career in a supportive environment.

Location: Hybrid/Work From Home - required to work from their London office at least once a week.

As a Graduate Support Consultant you will be focused on supporting clients through queries on the HR Software Product. Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries on the HR software product via telephone, video & email; Understanding client issues to identify and communicate an appropriate solution; Maintain accurate and up to day records of client interactions and resolutions; contribute to the development of support documentation. Learn and stay up to date on new software products and features.

You will be working in a multilingual team offering a great customer service to clients.

What would make you a good fit?

  • Minimum 2.1 Degree educated (Business, IT, Languages or Social Sciences Degree ideally)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong interest in IT or Technology including using software or a software package in a commercial environment or project
  • Ability to troubleshoot. You have a buzz solving problems and are a fantastic team player
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to nurture & build strong working relationships; Conscientious & attentive, with an eye for detail with identifying resolutions to problems
  • Fluency in a second language (Italian) would be a bonus

You don’t need an IT degree / or be an IT expert but you do need to be bright and passionate about Customer Service with an interest in technology.
