Guest House Duty Manager 

£29k + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
•    Greeting and checking in guests, and making reservation changes as needed.
•    Completing daily administrative tasks accurately and on time.
•    Adhering to company procedures when handling bookings, phone calls, emails, cash reconciliation, and security matters.
•    Managing staffing, organizing rotas, and training new employees according to company guidelines.
•    Supervising staff to ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
•    Coordinating with Head Office and Accounts to address any issues at the Guest House.
•    Enhancing operational processes, especially in managing multiple guest house locations.
•    Continuously improving guest experience and refining existing processes.
•    Generating direct bookings and identifying new leads for the Guest House.
•    Monitoring and working with Head Office to optimize revenue.
•    Managing customer feedback and improving ratings across various review platforms.

Required Experience & Skills:
•    Flexibility with working hours. 
•    Excellent customer service skills.
•    Ability to travel around London via tube.
•    Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality (Not Essential) 
•    Strong organizational and time management skills
